People and digital workers side by side, on hardware you own. The digital side is metanaged by Arxobot™: it receives your directive, translates it into work, routes it to the right Office, and returns output a person reviews and signs. Capacity scales without headcount, and nothing about the work leaves the building.
Written for operators who already direct a staffed company and have no interest in a chatbot with a job title.
Every capable person in your operation carries two loads: the work only they can do, and the work anyone with a good memory could do. The second load is where the hours go. The digital workforce takes that load without taking the person's place.
Judgment. Relationships. Accountability. The signature at the bottom of the page. Every piece of output the digital side produces is reviewed by a person before it leaves the Office, and a person decides whether it ships.
Throughput, memory and consistency. A digital worker holds context across days, works from your own material, hands off to other Offices, and does not forget a file. It does the work of the capable junior who never leaves and never needs to be re-briefed.
NeverThe digital side does not sign, does not decide, and does not speak for the firm.
Coordination stops being a person. The founder who was the routing layer between departments stops being the routing layer, and the load moves to a system inside the walls rather than to a platform outside them.
Capacity scales without headcount. Headcount stays exactly where judgment is required.
The operator never descends below the metanager. The metanager never does the work. The Offices never speak outside the building. Each layer holds one thing and is prevented from holding the others.

States the outcome. Reviews what comes back. Signs or sends it back. The operator directs an Office the way a department is directed: by result, not by task list.
NeverRoutes tasks, chases hand-offs, or re-briefs a worker on last week's context.
Receives the directive. Translates it into work orders with scope and sequence. Routes each to the Office that owns it. Removes redundancy between Offices. Reports what was done, what is pending, and what needs a decision.
NeverExecutes a task itself. Sets strategy. Changes the limits placed on it.
Own a domain: sales, finance, research, and so on. Assign work to the workers beneath them, hold the Office's standing context, and hand off to other Offices when a piece of work crosses a boundary.
NeverReach outside their domain or outside the building.
Do the work: research, drafting, review, reconciliation, correspondence triage, follow-up. Each runs under its own scoped identity in a disposable environment, works only from your material, and produces output for a person to review.
NeverHold standing access, retain state between tasks, or send anything out of the building on their own authority.
Digital workers are grouped into Offices, and Offices into Groups, on the logic your company already uses. Systems organized on technical logic require you to learn the technical logic. These do not.
Market-facing. Output is countable within weeks, which settles whether any of this works before you extend it.
The load-bearing middle. Where the founder's coordination hours were going.
Closest to the operator. Feeds the fourth circle, the organization's own intelligence.
Built from the outside in. Directed from the inside out.
The build starts at the market edge, where results are measurable, and works inward. Direction runs the other way: from the operator, through the metanager, down to the Office that owns the work. The two orders are never confused, because one is how a system is proven and the other is how it is used.
One Office is included at the entry configuration. Each further Office is priced the same. Most operations start with Lead Generation; where the assessment shows a different bottleneck, the build starts there instead.
You state the outcome, in the language you would use with a department head.
Arxobot™ turns it into work orders with scope, sequence and the Office that owns each.
Offices do the work inside the walls, handing off between each other where a piece crosses a boundary.
A person reads the output, signs it, or sends it back with a note. Nothing ships unsigned.
What was directed, done and signed is recorded and attributable. The next directive starts from a known state.
A workforce trusted with the material that makes it useful has to be prevented, structurally, from carrying that material anywhere. These are the controls, and each is a mechanism rather than a policy.
Every worker acts under its own identity with credentials issued for one task and expiring in minutes. Every action is attributable to a specific worker on a specific task.
Each task runs in an isolated environment with no persistent state, reset when the task ends. A poisoned task cannot infect the next one.
A worker's network reaches only the endpoints its task explicitly requires, inside your walls. Deny by default. A worker that has been misled still has nowhere to send anything.
Documents, correspondence and tool output are treated as data, never as instructions. A hostile line buried in a file cannot redirect the worker that reads it.
Spend, rate and action ceilings are enforced independently of any instruction. No prompt, from anyone, can talk a worker past them.
Payments, deletions, external communications and privilege changes require a person's explicit approval. The worker proposes. A person commits.
A single control your firm holds stops any worker, or all of them, at once. Every action is logged immutably and can be replayed.
They do the work. They cannot become the breach.

No outbound calls. The system works with the network unplugged.
Nothing is uploaded. Nothing trains anything.

The Sovereign Digital Office is the whole: presence, infrastructure, workforce and intelligence, installed together on hardware you own. The briefing is where a partner group or principal hears the whole system described, and decides whether it is for them.
